Refund Policy

At Softec IT Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality IT services, software solutions, website development, Application Development, Game Development, Digital Marketing and professional training. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Softec IT Solutions are subject to the terms outlined below. By purchasing our services or enrolling in our training programs, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.


2. Website Development, Software Services, Application Development, Game Development & Digital Marketing
2.1 Advance Payments
  • All advance or milestone payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

  • Project commencement includes requirement analysis, design work, coding, or allocation of resources.

2.2 Project Cancellation by Client
  • If the client cancels the project before work has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation charges.

  • If the project is canceled after work has started, no refund will be provided.

2.3 Delays or Non-Cooperation
  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

    • Late feedback or approvals

    • Incomplete or incorrect information from the client

    • Change of project scope or requirements

2.4 Completed Work
  • No refunds will be provided once the project or agreed milestone is completed and delivered.


3. Training Programs (Online / Offline)
3.1 Before Training Start
  • A refund request made before the training start date may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting registration and administrative fees.

3.2 After Training Start
  • No refunds will be issued once training sessions have begun.

  • Missed classes, lack of attendance, or personal reasons do not qualify for a refund.

3.3 Recorded / Digital Content
  • Fees paid for recorded sessions, downloadable materials, or digital resources are non-refundable.


4. Software Licenses & Third-Party Services
  • Payments made for third-party software, licenses, domains, hosting, APIs, or plugins are non-refundable, as these are governed by third-party policies.


5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical errors caused solely by Softec IT Solutions.

  • Service unavailability due to company fault

All exception requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and management’s decision will be final.
